Congratulations to Soror Kylah Cooke (Spring '17), who graduated in December 2018. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in TV/Video & Film. After interning with HBO, she now works at TV One. Congratulations on her well-deserved success!

A very special congratulations goes out to Soror Kayla Staley (Spring '19). She graduated cum laude in May 2019 with a bachelor's in Asian and Chinese Studies and a double minor in International Business and Chinese Language. She's currently in law school with plans of becoming a lawyer in the future. We are so pRHOud of her accomplishments and we're excited to see what she'll accomplish next! 

Congratulations to our resident theater major, Soror Tatiana Montes (Spring '17), who graduated in May 2019. Tatiana has participated in many plays in her time at Hofstra from Richard the lll as the lovely Lady Anne, to Hair, The Student Body, and Little Shop of Horrors. She interned at Roc Nation and is currently in a band with Naughty Naughty Nu Tau's Diomara Delvalle (Spring '10)!


We received two awards at our Regional Conference: one for maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA as a chapter and another for our outreach in social action.

Congragulations to Soror Tatiana Montes, receiving the "Audra McDonald Award" from the NOAH Scholarship Program.

Soror Kylah Cooke received Hofstra's "Greek Woman of the Year" award for 2018-2019. She truly deserved it for all of the effort she had put in!

Scholarship Opportunities

One of Sigma Gamma Rho's foundations is the National Education Fund (NEF). The NEF was established to provide scholarship opportunities for high school and college students (members and non-members) who are of need.
